Inland North Burnett sites sit outside the cyclonic region, so base wind loading is generally lower than the coast. Ridgelines and exposed open paddocks push the design wind speed back up, so each building is engineered to its own site rather than a district average.
Citrus, grazing and cropping gear needs clear width and height. Bay spacing and clear height are set from the equipment list, which is where kit sheds usually fall short.
A shed on a farm is not exempt from building approval. We prepare the engineering and documentation as part of the build.
