Cost depends on the dimensions, site-specific wind classification, engineering, concrete and footings, site access, roller doors, colour and any extras. Coastal material specification and travel from our Bundaberg workshop are also allowed for in the written quote.
A typical project moves through design and quoting, site-specific engineering and certification, manufacturing, delivery, site preparation and concrete, construction, then final inspection and handover. Because Agnes Water is a longer run from our Bundaberg workshop, we stage materials, equipment and crew carefully so the job stays efficient. Exact timing depends on approvals, manufacturing lead times and our construction schedule, which we confirm as part of the quote.
Yes. We supply custom-sized, site-engineered Spartan Sheds kits as well as fully built sheds. The kit is drawn for your block and the cyclonic wind classification of your site, and we provide technical and phone support while you erect it.
All Spartan Sheds are built with 100% Australian BlueScope® steel. For Agnes Water's salt-laden coastal air we specify the right COLORBOND® or ZINCALUME® product, fastener class and flashings for the property's level of marine exposure, so the roof and the fixings last as long as the frame.
