DO YOU SUPPLY KIT ONLY?
Yes. We can also supply concreting services too.
Do you take care of the concretE and eRect?
Yes. We have a highly trained team on concreters and builders that pay attention to the finer details.
DO THE KITS COME WITH ENGINEERING?
Yes. All buildings are designed with site specific engineering, based on your location, shielding and soil type.
DO YOU ARRANGE COUNCIL APPROVAL?
Yes. We aim to make you building purchase as easy as possible, therefore, we will take care of the Certification and Council Approval on your behalf.
IS THE PERSON/S DOING THE CONCRETING AND CONSTRUCTION QUALIFIED?
Yes. All of our staff and contractors hold relevant qualifications and are licensed trade contractors with the QBCC.
DO YOU ONLY SUPPLY AND BUILD SHEDS?
No. We also supply and/or build carports, patios, garden sheds, water tanks, and also provide concreting services too.
CAN I HAVE A SHOWER AND TOILET IN MY SHED?
Yes. You can have a shower and toilet, however if you have a laundry and kitchen sink etc, it then becomes a liveable dwelling and needs to meet all the standards and regulations of a house.
WHEN IS A BUILDING APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED?
1) Non Cyclonic Region, under 10m², and under 2.4m high
2) Non Cyclonic Region, for agricultural use, and off every boundary by at least 200m
